Role Models of America : I see something green ......

You are very important to the well being of your family, your children, your husband in so many ways. Alas all the things you do for them would be undone if it was not for you! You take care of them well.... clean up after them constantly.... watch over them lovingly.... speak up for them all the time! What does that have to do with green things?

Do you realize that being the mother, wife, friend, companion in life there is one very important detail about you that no one can do but you? That's take care of your own health. No one can make YOU take your bath... brush your teeth... eat your greens ect.....

You alone as a woman are responsible to take super care of yourself. Can you answer this question honestly? When is the last time you ate something green? Today start a healthy habit .... eat more green. It's so good for you, and you will feel better too.

Do you know what's in those green veggies that builds up your body? They are super foods, full of nutriants, vitamins, minerals, strength building and free radical blockers. Look it up. You are worth it.
