A young family trying to get started all over again needs the support and practical assistance from others to begin anew.
Before this couple came to Role Models of America they along with their child struggled to simply have the basics of furniture.... like beds.
This is a large investment for a family to overcome all at once. Finding affordable beds, and mattresses was just too much for their tight budget to purchase. Just buying food to eat and the expenses of an apartment and keeping a vehicle paid for stretches them beyond anything extra. A small paycheck does not go far enough when a family is starting over.
Role Models of America is glad to help! They were given bed frames, bed furniture as well as the mattresses. Now this family will be able to rest well at night as well as not worry about how to pay for this added expense. We support young families and offer our help to them!
Stacks of clothing for men, women, boys and girls and babies are lining the walls and tables in different towns to help with the needs of families. An upstairs empty room in a community center becomes a place for mothers to find clothing for her children.
It can be a mess at first.... but families in need don't care in a crisis.... everyone knows this is fast work to try to get aid to them as quick as possible. Empty stores become disaster relief centers overnight. Then gradually things get organized and sections of clothing are lined up and prepared properly day by day.
Private school gyms become gathering places for truckloads to be unloaded at...
When thousands of families are affected... it takes enormous amounts of supplies and clothing to assist in giving even just a second set of clothes to people. YOUR HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED BY ALL OF THE VICTIMS IN ILLINOIS, INDIANA AND KENTUCKY AMERICA!!
Even little sunday school classrooms in churches are used to help set up for baby supplies in disaster areas.
We have an assessment team traveling through the midwest states now and making decisions about the worst hit areas and how RMA can help the thousands that are in shock today.

Every age group of women is represented at the Roundtable. Young adults, single moms, married, divorced, widowed.... each one has a valuable insight and ideas for the future.
Young families who suffer loss can take years to recover what they had. RMA changed their lives in one afternoon! They are loaded up and feel like they can begin again...
Families that find themselves in life's tough places really appreciate the helping hand of Role Models of America.
Every week we hear of families who are struggling to make ends meet in different ways. Some are without jobs, others are suffering health issues and can't work. Still other families have lost homes due to natural causes, or economic difficulties.
We are happy to provide for their needs, because of our generous donors. Moms and Dads and children are supported through practical solutions such as clothing, shoes, furniture and household supplies.
Another family receives a truckload of furniture to take to their new place to live. After losing everything.... this is a precious gift and blessing for them. RMA wishes them well. Thank you for every donation, your gifts are helping many lives recover from crisis situations.
